We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Pack It Up – Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
3️⃣ We’ll Arrange Collection – We can send a courier to collect your return, or you can return the item yourself by prior arrangement.
4️⃣ Refund or Exchange – Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll normally process your refund or exchange within 2–3 business days.

Changed Your Mind?

🔄 Returns Within 7 Days

For eligible online purchases returned within 7 days of delivery, you will only be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

If we arrange collection, a R199 collection fee per collection applies. No handling or restocking fee applies during the first 7 days.

📦 Extended Returns: Days 8–30

We’re happy to give you extra time to decide! For eligible change-of-mind returns requested between 8 and 30 days after delivery:

✅ A R199 collection fee per collection applies if we arrange the return.
✅ A 5% handling and restocking fee applies to the value of the returned goods, with a minimum charge of R70.
✅ Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
✅ Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
✅ If you return an entire order that qualified for free delivery, the actual initial delivery cost may also be deducted from your refund.

Returning more than one item at the same time? The R199 collection fee applies per collection, not per item.

Returning an Item Yourself

You are welcome to return an eligible item to our Cape Town premises by prior arrangement.

🚗 No R199 collection fee will apply if you return the item yourself.

For change-of-mind returns made between days 8 and 30, the applicable 5% handling and restocking fee, with a minimum of R70, will still apply.

Free Returns for Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll arrange the return free of charge.
