If you find the same product at a lower price we will match or even beat that price.

Requirements for Price Match:

• The product sold must be identical to our product. Same brand and model number.
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase or delivery from another website or store.
• We price match South African retailers only.
• Any shipping charges for any price matched items will be charged at the same rate as the website or store that the item is price matched from.
• The price match offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The retailer deemed to be a competitor must be a valid VAT registered retailer.

Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, store openings, Black Friday Specials, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
• Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors
• Pricing or typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, bundled offers.
• Auction sites, daily deal sites and marketplace sites. For example: OneDayOnly, BidorBuy, Takealot
• Quantities for price matched items may be limited

• Phone us on 087 195 0225 or send an e-mail to [email protected] and tell us about the item and competitor where a lower price can be found.
• In some instances we may ask for a screenshot or other form of advertising material from the competitor
