General
How do I search for a product?
There are a few options to select from when searching for products:
- Using the search bar at the top of the home page, you can enter a keyword (e.g. saucepan), which will take you to the relevant page.
- You can search for a brand using the search bar (e.g. wusthof), which will take you to the page showing all products from that brand.
- Click on the drop down boxes for brands or product categories (tableware, and search for the relevant product.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
1. We accept debit and credit card payments that can be made via our website. There is also the option of paying by Instant Electronic Funds Transfer or Masterpass.
2. Normal EFT payments can also be made. Please make sure to use your order number as reference number. Our banking details are as follows: GreenLeaf Home, FNB, Branch: 250655 Account Number: 625 8585 1530
How safe are online payments?
We use Payfast as our payment gateway. They encrypt your card details and are Level 1CPI certified. We do not save your card details on our website.
Orders
How do I cancel an order?
Once we have received your order, we start processing the order immediately.
Due to this, we cannot promise that the order can be cancelled.

What if I want to change my order?
If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer care department on 087 195 0225 as soon as possible, or e-mail us at [email protected].
What about backorders?
In the rare case of stock being backordered, we will notify you immediately.
You will have the option to wait until the item has been restocked, or we will offer you a refund.
If you ordered more than one product, and one of the products are backordered, we will dispatch the items which we have in stock and inform you about the backordered stock.
You will not be charged additional delivery charges for the backordered items sent at a later stage.
How do I know that you have received my order?
An automatic e-mail will be sent to you, confirming your order.
The confirmation will be sent within an hour of when your order was placed.
You can check this by viewing your sales history in ‘my account’.

Please note that these are only estimates and that we are reliant on our courier.
What are your delivery charges?
All orders over R1000 receive free delivery. Orders below R1000 will be charged a delivery charge of R99 per order.
Returns & Refunds
What if I want to return a product?
If upon receipt of your products you are not happy with your purchase, contact our customer services team at [email protected] and we will collect the product at our expense and provide you with a refunds. The following conditions apply:
- Notification must be received by us within 30 days of the order being received;
- The goods must be unused and in their original condition;
- The goods must be in their original packaging. Items supplied in sealed packaging should not have been opened.
If all the above conditions are not met, we unfortunately reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice and the re-shipping costs will be for your account.
Should the product be damaged or faulty, we will collect the product and either repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the circumstances.
We try our utmost to prevent raising an administration fee, but should the returns process incur significant administration expenses, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee.
Refunds will be made within 30 days from the return of the goods, provided that all the above mentioned conditions are met.
I’ve forgotten my password. What now?
Just Click on the Login sign on the top right hand corner of our website and you will be redirected to the login page.
From here you can just click on the “Lost your password?” link, type in your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent where you can reset your password.
Napkins
How does it work?
It is quite simple. Just add about 10ml of water to the tablet, and watch the magic! We have various pourers and trays. Click here to see more.
Can it only be used as a napkin?
That is the beauty of this product. It has so many uses. Whether you are out camping, need a baby wipe… the uses are endless.
And because it has no additives, even the most sensitive skins can use it.
Why should we use the compressed napkins and not a normal napkin?
Our compressed napkins are made completely from natural products and biodegrades within 45 days.
Normal material napkins need to be washed, wasting precious water, electricity and uses harsh detergents. We are all for nature!
And there is no expiry date on our product.
