First the package was routed to the wrong depot, which delayed delivery. But that’s probably a courier problem.
When assembling the trolley, one pillar’s top screws couldn’t screw in all the way and remained loose in the holes. Then, it couldn’t be removed. They were just turning loosely in the holes, not fastening or loosening. As we couldn’t disassemble the trolley, we are using it as is.
Still very useful and sturdy, despite the loose screws.

I went to the warehouse in Paarden Island Cape Town.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I phoned beforehand to confirm stock.
The product is as promised per the picture and the sizes. Very steady, looks good in our studio, and strong enough to carry our beauty devices.
It can handle 80kg and it looks like it definitely can. One thing, the packaging is perfect, the instructions are perfect, and even the tools you get with it are handy. It took a quick 12 minutes to assemble and whalla – job done. All I will improve is to put breaks / movement locks, on 2 of the caster wheels. I give this product a 5* taking the price and discount into account. Thank you Mr Smith I think – the owner.
