The product was delivered very well packaged and the product itself is of high quality in terms of finishing and sturdiness.
Always good when something arrives and exceeds your expectations
First the package was routed to the wrong depot, which delayed delivery. But that’s probably a courier problem.
When assembling the trolley, one pillar’s top screws couldn’t screw in all the way and remained loose in the holes. Then, it couldn’t be removed. They were just turning loosely in the holes, not fastening or loosening. As we couldn’t disassemble the trolley, we are using it as is.
Still very useful and sturdy, despite the loose screws.
