Many people seem not to realize that stainless steel cookware is not inherently non-stick. If you try to cook your scrambled eggs as if it were a non-stick pan, you are in for a disaster.
However, as far as stainless steel cookware goes, and according to what it’s supposed to do, this is a fantastic set. I’m very happy with it.
